Plum, Ginger & Passionfruit Cocktail

  •  60ml TANICA No.1 Salted Plum & Ginger
  •  30ml Lemon Juice
  •  10ml Bush Honey
  •  15ml Aquafaba
  •  30ml Kréol Passionfruit Orange


  1.  Strain the liquid from a can of chickpeas and set aside for using as Aquafaba as an alternative to egg whites for cocktails.
  2.  Add TANICA, Lemon Juice, Honey and Aquafaba in a shaker with ice.
  3.  Shake and strain into a rocks glass and top with Kréol Passionfruit Orange.
  4.  Garnish with a passion fruit husk.
