Ingredients
- 60ml TANICA No.1 Salted Plum & Ginger
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Bush Honey
- 15ml Aquafaba
- 30ml Kréol Passionfruit Orange
Method
- Strain the liquid from a can of chickpeas and set aside for using as Aquafaba as an alternative to egg whites for cocktails.
- Add TANICA, Lemon Juice, Honey and Aquafaba in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass and top with Kréol Passionfruit Orange.
- Garnish with a passion fruit husk.
